Our property search took several months and Cheryl’s dedication was amazing. When legal questions arose regarding a shared driveway agreement, she connected us with an attorney and was a supportive and communicative partner until every concern was resolved. Cheryl first got in touch with me when I was thinking of buying an old church. Which was a ridiculous idea and she let me know so. Once I got serious about actually buying a home Cheryl was who I remembered and I am glad she was! From the get-go I felt like we were in the home-searching process together. Cheryl took note of a wide list of preferences I had for a home and was consistently finding homes which matched with my criteria. She was at every home walkthrough I went to - and was super-knowledgeable about the pros and cons of each. It is definitely a weird time to buy a home but I never felt pressured to commit to paying more than I thought a home was worth to me (In fact I felt pressured to stay reasonable, calm, and patient). We ended up putting offers on a few different homes that didn't work out but surely enough - as you can tell because I am writing this testimonial - the perfect home came up at the perfect time, location, and price. But this time we won. And I guarantee you that without Cheryl we would not have been so fortunate. Everything outside of the buying process was great too. Cheryl kept track of my communication preferences and was able to call/text/email as appropriate. She really dove into the details of what I was looking for in a home and mothered me through my first home purchase. We had some great chats about life stuff in general, and Cheryl focused about relationship instead of contract.

Imagine our surprise when she showed up in person!!! (We ended up buying THAT house!) We still stay in touch over a year later, and consider her our friend. We DEFINITELY recommend working with her on buying or selling!!!

The home that we were selling was not our primary home, but a home that we had invested in for our family business.
